Our products are hand made from the freshest products produced here in the Pacific Northwest and created from recipes based on Italian tradition yet refreshed with innovation and uniqueness.Our family is the driving force of our business and our objective is to stay small, hand-creating our product for national restaurants, delis and specialty shops. We also want to offer the retail consumer some of our products which we do with special catalog sales and unique product packages that can be viewed on our website.
