Mario Batali at Salumi, May 16, 2005

Mario Batali of TV Food Network, Chef and Co-Owner of Babbo, Lupa, Esca, Otto and the Italian Wine Merchants of New York will spend the day at his family's place - Salumi, on Monday, May 16th. He will be signing cookbooks and preparing recipes from his new book, Molto Italiano to be released early May.

Advanced purchase of tickets is recommended. Available times are:

Tickets are $70 which includes a Signed Cookbook, Tastings, and Wine. Mario will prepare recipes from his new book and his father Armandino will supplement with special recipes from Salumi.
