Ordering Our Products

Our family is the driving force of our business. Our objective is to stay small, hand-creating our products for national restaurants, delis, specialty shops and for our Seattle walk-in customers. Sometimes we may run out of product as our customer base and requirements change.

A quality curing process cannot be hurried!

We do everything we can to make our products widely available while maintaining our vision of hand-created artisan products. We do offer retail consumers (outside of Seattle) a selection of our products via special catalogs and special offerings on our website. Click here to view our selection.
